How are my predictions made? From your logged cycle history, on your device and our server. The more you log, the more accurate they get. Predictions are for awareness, not contraception.
Does the app work offline? Yes — your data is stored on your device and syncs when you're back online.
Subscriptions & purchases. Manage or cancel anytime. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Signed up with Apple or Google on an iPhone and now on Android? On the Android sign-in screen tap Forgot Password? and enter the email on that account. We'll send a code so you can set a password. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, that address is shown under Profile in Wen on your iPhone. No code after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then email us and we'll help you get back in.
