1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wen application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Wen Does

Wen helps you track menstrual periods, symptoms, and related information, and generates cycle and fertility estimates based on the data you enter and statistical algorithms.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

Wen is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a general wellness and information tool, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Predictions, fertility windows, and ovulation estimates are statistical approximations and may be inaccurate for you.
• Do not use the App as a method of contraception, and do not rely on it to avoid or achieve pregnancy.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health, fertility, or family planning.
• In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You acknowledge and accept that you use the App's estimates at your own risk.

5. Your Account & Security

• You may create an account using email or a supported sign‑in provider.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at tanqt18biz@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Disrupt or interfere with the App or other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App except as permitted by law

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the App to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are shown in the App.
• Payments, billing, auto‑renewal, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their terms; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app‑store account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that estimates will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's estimates (including decisions related to conception, contraception, or family planning). Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wen and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules, except where mandatory local consumer‑protection laws apply to you.
