1. Acceptance of These Terms

Wen is developed and operated by TechCatLabs ("we," "our," or "us"), and you can contact us at tanqt18biz@gmail.com.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wen application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App, or older where the law in your country sets a higher age for using a service like this without a parent's consent. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Wen Does

Wen helps you track menstrual periods, symptoms, and related information, and generates cycle and fertility estimates based on the data you enter and statistical algorithms. It also includes an AI assistant, called Luna (小月 in Chinese), described in Section 5.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

Wen is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a general wellness and information tool, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Predictions, fertility windows, and ovulation estimates are statistical approximations and may be inaccurate for you.
• Do not use the App as a method of contraception, and do not rely on it to avoid or achieve pregnancy.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health, fertility, or family planning.
• In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You acknowledge and accept that you use the App's estimates at your own risk.

5. Luna, the AI Assistant

• What it is. Luna answers questions about periods, the menstrual cycle, fertility, symptoms, and using Wen, using a summary of what you have logged in the App. Luna also writes a short daily check‑in and can give a second opinion on a photo of an ovulation (LH) test strip.
• Not medical advice. Luna's answers are generated automatically by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a reading you should rely on for contraception or conception. Section 4 applies to everything Luna says. Check anything important with a qualified healthcare provider.
• What it will talk about. Luna is meant for cycle and health questions and for help with Wen. It may decline other topics.
• Daily allowance and fair use. Free accounts get the daily check‑in in part and cannot ask questions. Paid plans include a daily number of questions shown in the App. Plans described as "unlimited" are unlimited for normal personal use and are subject to a fair‑use cap that protects the service from automated or abusive use; the cap is currently 50 questions per day per account and the App shows when you have reached it. We may adjust the allowances and the cap; a change that reduces what a paid plan includes will be announced in the App before it takes effect.
• Your conversation. The conversation shown in the App starts fresh every day. How your questions and Luna's answers are processed and kept is described in our Privacy Policy.
• Acceptable use of Luna. Do not use Luna to generate content that is unlawful or harmful, to try to extract other people's data, or to circumvent its limits through automation.

6. Connecting Your Own AI Assistant

Wen lets you connect an AI assistant of your choice (for example a Model Context Protocol, or "MCP," client) to read your own Wen data. Access is read‑only, uses a personal key you create in the App, and lasts until you revoke it there. The AI assistant you connect is operated by its own provider under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours; we are not responsible for what it does with the data you give it access to. Keep your key private: anyone who has it can read the same data until you revoke it.

7. Your Account & Security

• You may create an account using email or a supported sign‑in provider.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at tanqt18biz@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Disrupt or interfere with the App or other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App except as permitted by law

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the App to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Subscriptions, Lifetime Purchase & Payments

• All basic tracking features (logging, predictions, the calendar, reminders, and trends) are free with no time limit. Paid options add extras such as questions to Luna, AI strip reviews, themes, and app icons. What each option unlocks is described in the App before you buy, and can differ between iOS and Android. For example, home‑screen widgets and alternate app icons exist only on iOS, so they are not offered on Android.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your app‑store account settings.
• Wen Lifetime is a one‑time purchase that does not renew. It unlocks the extras described in the App for as long as Wen offers them, on the account you bought it with, shared with a partner you connect.
• Payments, billing, auto‑renewal, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their terms; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App, including Luna, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that estimates or AI answers will be accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's estimates or Luna's answers (including decisions related to conception, contraception, or family planning). Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wen and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date shown above and let you know through the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules, except where mandatory local consumer‑protection laws apply to you.
